Main Valve

The main valve is a two position valve which is also controlled by the EBCM. Except for test purposes, this valve is opened only during anti-lock mode. When the main valve is engaged, pressurized brake fluid from the booster servo circuit is directed into the master cylinder (front brake), circuits to prevent excessive pedal travel.
