High Pressure Hose/Pipe Replacement

Refer to Figure 1 and follow these steps:
1. Depressurize the hydraulic accumulator.
2. Remove the high-pressure hose in these steps:
A. Remove the hose-to-booster fitting bolt, using a 13mm socket and driver.
B. Remove the two fitting O-ring seals.
C. Remove the hose-to-pump fitting bolt, using a 13mm socket and driver.
D. Remove the hose and two fitting O-ring seals.
3. Install the replacement high pressure hose in these steps:
A. Lubricate and install the hose, two O-ring seals, and hose-to-pump fitting bolt to finger tightness.
B. Lubricate and install the two O-ring seals and hose-to-booster fitting bolt to finger tightness.
C. Fully tighten both hose fitting bolts to 20 N-m (15 lb. ft.) torque.
4. Charge the hydraulic accumulator and check for fluid leaks.
5. Check the reservoir fluid level (see page 4-2).
