Fog/Driving Lamp: Service and Repair

FOG LAMP, TURN SIGNAL LAMP, DAYTIME RUNNING LAMP (DRL) ASSEMBLY AND/OR BULB REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front air deflector.
2. For the right side only, remove the front fascia extension.




3. Remove the screws (1) that secure the lamp assembly to the front fascia.
4. Remove the lamp assembly from the vehicle.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector.




6. Remove the screws (1) that secure the cover to the back of the lamp assembly.
7. Remove the back cover of the lamp assembly.
8. Remove the bulb from the socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the bulb into the socket.
2. Install the back cover to the lamp assembly.
3. Install the screws (1) that secure the cover to the back of the lamp assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the fog lamp cover screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




4. Connect the electrical connector.
5. Install the lamp assembly to the vehicle.




6. Install the screws (1) that secure the lamp assembly to the front fascia.

Tighten the fog lamp cover screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

For the right side only, install the front fascia extension.

7. Install the front air deflector.
