Horizontal Seat Motor Replacement - Rear No. 2

HORIZONTAL SEAT MOTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR NO. 2

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat cushion frame.




2. Disconnect the drive cables from the horizontal motor (1).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the motor.
4. Remove the motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the horizontal seat motor (1) to the frame.
2. Install the horizontal seat motor screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (88 lb in).

3. Install the cables into the motor.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the seat motor.
5. Install the seat cushion frame.
6. Calibrate the seat. Refer to Power Folding Seat Calibration.
