Radio Front Speaker Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front speaker grille from the instrument panel (I/P).




2. Remove the front speaker screws.




3. Lift the speaker out of the opening. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the center speaker.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the front speaker electrical connector to the front speaker.




2. Lower the speaker into the opening in the I/P.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the center speaker screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




4. Align the speaker grille to the I/P.
5. Press the speaker grille into the I/P.
