Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement



Power Steering Pulley Replacement (LY7)

Tools Required
* J 25034-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover
* J 25034-257 Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover Adapter

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the power steering pump from the engine for clearance.




2. Use the J 25034-C and J 25034-257 in order to remove the pump pulley.

Installation Procedure





Important:
* Ensure that the face of the pulley hub is flush with the end of the pump shaft.

* Do not use the arbor press to install the pulley.

Use Mac(R) Tools Power Steering Pump Pulley Service Kit or equivalent, to install the power steering pump pulley.
1. Install the power steering pump to the engine.
