- J25033-C Pulley installer

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the power steering pump.
3. Remove the power steering pulley from the power steering pump Using J25034-C.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the power steering pulley to the power steering pump Using J25033-C.





2. Ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 inch), plus or minus.
3. Install the power steering pump to the engine.
4. Install the power steering pump drive belt.
5. Bleed the power steering system.
6. Inspect the power steering system for leaks.
