Glove Box Lamp: Service and Repair

INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) COMPARTMENT LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the IP compartment.




2. Insert a flat blade between the IP compartment lamp lens (1) and the lower IP on the long sides.
Gently pry out the IP compartment lamp lens.
3. Remove the IP compartment lamp lens (1) from the harness or the bulb lens assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the harness or the bulb to the lens (1) housing.
2. Align the housing to the lower IP.
3. Press the housing into the lower IP.
