CIGAR LIGHTER HOUSING REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the ashtray.
2. Remove the ashtray receiver.




3. Unscrew the cigar lighter housing from the ashtray.
4. Remove the housing (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Align the cigar lighter housing (1) to the retaining nut and electrical connector.
2. Tighten the cigar lighter housing.
3. Install the ashtray receiver.
4. Test the cigar lighter operation.
5. Close the ashtray.
