AMPLIFIER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Disconnect the speaker electrical connectors.
3. Loosen the 2 forward fasteners (2).
4. Remove the 2 rearward fasteners (3).
5. Slide the amplifier rearward to remove.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Slide the amplifier up and under the forward fasteners (2) in the amplifier bracket.
2. Install the 2 rearward amplifier fasteners (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the amplifier fasteners to 7 N.m (62 lb ft).

3. Connect the electrical connectors.
