Ashtray Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the knee bolster.
2. Remove the IP center trim panel.




3. Remove the fasteners (2).




4. Remove the ashtray assembly (2) from the instrument panel.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ashtray.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector to the ashtray.
2. Install the ashtray assembly (2) to the instrument panel.






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the fasteners (2).

Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the knee bolster.
5. Install the IP center trim panel.
