COMPARTMENT LID APPLIQUE REPLACEMENT - REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the rear compartment.




2. Disconnect the rear compartment lid applique harness.
3. Remove the wing nuts from the studs on the rear compartment lid applique.
4. Remove the rubber grommet where the harness passes through the rear compartment lid.
5. Remove the rear compartment lid applique from the rear compartment lid.
6. Remove the harness and the connector from the rear compartment lid.
7. Remove the sockets from the rear compartment lid applique.
8. Remove the harness from the rear compartment lid applique.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the harness to the applique.
2. Install the sockets to the rear compartment applique.
3. Install the harness connectors to the rear applique.




4. Position the rear compartment lid applique to the rear compartment lid.
5. Install the rubber grommet at the rear compartment lid.
6. Install the wing nuts to the studs on the rear compartment lid applique.
7. Hand tighten the nuts.
8. Connect the rear compartment lid applique harness.
9. Close the rear compartment.
