DEFROSTER DUCT REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the IP assembly.




2. Remove the defroster duct retaining screws and nut.
3. Remove the defroster duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the defroster duct.
2. Install the defroster duct screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2.3 N.m (23 lb in).

3. Install the defroster duct mounting nut to the front of dash.

Tighten
Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

4. Install the IP assembly.
