Automatic Transmission Mount Bracket Replacement - Left
Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle.
2. Remove the left front tire and wheel.
3. Remove the right front fascia extension.
4. Remove the left transaxle mount.





5. Remove the four attaching bolts from the side cover.
6. Remove the transaxle mount bracket (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
1. Apply thread lock compound GM P/N 12345493 or equivalent, to the left transaxle bracket bolts.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the left transaxle bracket (1) to the case side cover.
Tighten the bracket bolts to 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the left transaxle mount.
4. Install the right front fascia extension.
5. Install the left front tire and wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle.
