Air Distribution Ducts Replacement (With RPO Code D07)

AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY (WITH RPO CODE D07)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Move both front seats to the full rearward position.
2. Remove the console assembly.
3. Pull back the front carpet.
4. Remove the nuts from the auxiliary air distribution duct.
5. Remove the auxiliary air distribution duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the auxiliary air distribution duct, positioning the front of the duct into the module first.
2. Install the nuts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Reposition the carpet.
4. Install the console.
