Instrument Panel Compartment Door Latch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the instrument panel (IP) compartment door.




2. Remove the screws from the IP compartment latch.
3. Remove the IP compartment latch from the IP compartment door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the instrument panel (IP) compartment latch to the IP compartment door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws to IP compartment latch.

Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Close the IP compartment door.
