Head Up Display Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) cluster.
2. Remove the fasteners from the head-up display (HUD) module.
3. Remove the HUD module out through the IP cluster opening.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector to the HUD module.
2. Insert the head-up display (HUD) module into the instrument panel (IP) cluster opening.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the fasteners to the HUD module.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 3 N.m (26 lb in).

4. Install the IP cluster.
