Air Distribution Ducts Replacement - Auxiliary (AM6)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Move the passenger seat to the full rearward position.
2. Remove the driver seat.
3. Pull back the front carpet. Refer to Carpet Replacement - Intermediate in Interior Trim.
4. Remove the 2 fasteners from the auxiliary distribution duct.
5. Remove the distribution duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the auxiliary distribution duct, positioning the front of the duct into the module first.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the fasteners.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the carpet.
4. Install the driver seat.
