REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the seat assembly.

IMPORTANT: Center belt assembly is riveted to front seat adjusting rail for in-plant assembly and the rivet, does not need to be replaced.

2. Drill out the rivet (1).
3. Remove the center belt assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the center belt assembly to the seat assembly adjuster rail.
2. Install the seat assembly into the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the front seat anchor bolt.
Tighten the outer bolt (1) first then the inner bolt to the specified torque.

Tighten
Tighten the front seat anchor bolt to 40 Nm (30 lb ft).
