Recirculation Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC Module.
2. Remove the recirculation housing.
3. Remove the recirculation door from the housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door into the housing.
2. Install the recirculation housing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

3. Install the HVAC module.
