Heater Pipe Replacement - Outlet

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the AIR check valve.
3. Disconnect the outlet hose (2) from the outlet pipe.
4. Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
5. Remove the heater outlet pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the outlet hose (2) to the outlet pipe.
2. Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
3. Install the AIR check valve.
4. Fill the cooling system.
