Parking Brake Shoe: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the caliper bracket.





2. Remove the rotor.
3. Remove the rear wheel hub.
4. Remove the parking brake actuator (5).





5. Remove the park brake shoe.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the park brake shoe (1) engages the Park brake actuator.





1. Install shoe and lining.





2. Install the parking brake actuator.
3. Install the rear wheel hub.
4. Adjust the rear parking brake shoe.
5. Install the rotor.
6. Install the caliper bracket.
