Reverse Servo Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the right hand exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Replacement (Right) in Exhaust System.
2. Depress the servo cover.
3. Remove the snap ring and the servo cover.





4. Remove the following items:
^ Piston assembly
^ Sealing ring
^ Servo ring
5. For the disassembly of the servo piston assembly,

Installation Procedure





1. Install the following items:
^ Servo spring
^ Sealing ring
^ Piston assembly





2. Install the servo cover and the snap ring.
3. Install the right hand exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Replacement (Right) in Exhaust System.
