Receiver/Dehydrator Replace

R/D And A/C Line Mounting:

Tool Required:
J 39500 A/C Refrigerant Recovery, Recharging, and Recycling Station

Remove or Disconnect

1. Recover refrigerant.
2. Raise vehicle.
3. Right tire/wheel assembly.
4. Partially remove right splash guard.
5. Line from the receiver dehydrator and discard the O-ring seals.
6. Line from the condenser, discard the O-ring seals.

Install or Connect

1. Line to the condenser using new O-ring seals.
2. Line to the receiver dehydrator using new O-ring seals.
3. Right splash guard.
4. Right tire/wheel assembly.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Recharge refrigerant.
