Fluid Line/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Transaxle cooler hose clamps and hose from pipe.
2. Bolt and clamp from motor mount.
3. Pipe from radiator.
4. Pipe from transaxle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Pipe to transaxle.

Tighten
- Ball check fitting to 52 N.m (38 lb. ft.).
- Pipe fitting to 38 N.m (28 lb. ft.).

2. Pipe to radiator.

Tighten
- Pipe fitting to 38 N.m (28 lb. ft.).

3. Clamp and bolt to motor mount.
4. Hose and clamps.

Tighten
- Clamps to 2 N.m (16 lb. in.).
