Pivot & Pulse Switch Assembly - Floor Shift

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. Do steps 1 through 4 under "REMOVE OR DISCONNECT", refer to UPPER COVER LOWER COVER.
3. Two wire straps (31) from steering column wire harness.
4. Pivot & (pulse) switch assembly (16) connector from turn signal & multifunction switch (32) wire harness connector.
5. Pivot & (pulse) switch (16) harness from shire harness strap (57).
6. Two tapping screws (26).
7. Pivot & (pulse) switch assembly (16) from column.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

CAUTION: Refer to CAUTION about fasteners. Failure to do may result in component damage or malfunction of steering column.

1. Pivot & (pulse) switch assembly (16) to column.
2. Two tapping screws (26).
^ Tighten screws (26) to 3.4 Nm (30 lb in).
3. Pivot & (pulse) switch (16) harness to wire harness strap (57).
4. Pivot & (pulse) switch (16) connector to turn signal & multifunction switch (32) wire harness connector.
5. Two wire straps (31) to steering column wire harness.
6. Do steps 8 through 10 under "INSTALL OR CONNECT", refer to UPPER COVER LOWER COVER.
7. Negative (-) battery cable.
