Scan Tool Method

Select diagnostic trouble codes. After DTCs have been viewed completely, Scan Tool will ask, "CLEAR DTCs?"; answer "YES." The Scan Tool will then read, "HISTORY DATA WILL BE LOST CLEAR DTCs?" Answer "YES" and the DTC will be cleared.
