Caliper Anchor Bracket Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Caliper.
2. Caliper anchor bracket.





3. Pin bolt boots from caliper anchor bracket.
4. Bushings from anchor bracket mounting bores. Use a screwdriver or punch to bend bushings inward and extract bushings with needle nose pliers. Clean All parts in clean, denatured alcohol. Dry with unlubricated compressed air. Inspect Caliper anchor bracket for cracks. If cracked, replace bracket.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Bushings into bracket mounting bores.
2. Lubricate and install pin bolt boots.
3. Caliper anchor bracket. Refer to Caliper Anchor Bracket Replacement.
4. Caliper. Refer to Caliper Replacement.
