Heater Cover With Seal:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Both instrument panel insulators.
2. Front floor console (if equipped).
3. Heater outlet case screws.
4. Heater cover screws.
5. Heater cover.

Install or Connect

1. Heater cover.
2. Heater cover screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 3 N.m (27 lb. in.).

3. Heater outlet case screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 3 N.m (27 lb. in.).

4. Front floor console (if equipped).
5. Both instrument panel insulators.
