Parking Brake Shoe: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Caliper bracket.
2. Rotor.
3. Parking brake actuator. Refer to PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR. Service and Repair
4. Rear wheel hub.
5. Shoe and lining.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Shoe and lining.

Important: Make sure the shoe and lining engages hold down clip.

2. Rear wheel hub.
3. Parking brake actuator. Refer to PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR. Service and Repair

Adjust
- Rear parking brake shoe and lining. Refer to PARKING BRAKE SHOE AND LINING ADJUSTMENT. Adjustments

4. Rotor.
5. Caliper bracket.
