Left Sound Insulator

Description:

NOTE: in stall fasteners in same locations as removed, make note of positions that fasteners are in before removal, improper installation may lead to possible accelerator pedal or brake pedal binding.

Remove or Disconnect
1. Sound insulator screw(s) from I/P
2. Courtesy lamp, DSIR connector, and DTM sensor connection.
3. Sound insulator.

Install or Connect
1. Position insulator to I/P.
2. Connect courtesy lamp DTM. and DSIR leads to insulator.
3. Fasteners to I/P.

Important
^ Inspect sound insulator for proper clearance to accelerator and brake pedals, failure provide proper clearance may result in binding of accelerator or brake pedals.

Tighten
^ Fasteners to 1.9 Nm (17 lb in)
