Shift Cable: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT





1. Shift control cable bracket with cable attached from transaxle.





2. Bracket from cable.





3. Left sound Insulator and knee bolster.





4. Cable retaining clip and cable at steering column.





5. Cable assembly through hole in cowl.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Properly route and position cable.
2. Cable at steering column and retaining clip.
3. Left sound insulator and knee bolster.
4. Cable through cable bracket.
5. Cable and bracket to transaxle.
6. Adjust cable.
