Service Port HVAC: Service and Repair

Service Fitting Location:

Tool Required:
J 39500 Air Conditioning Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging (ACR4) System

Remove or Disconnect

^ Recover refrigerant from A/C system.
1. Service fitting from line.

Install or Connect

1. Service fitting to line.
^ Lube O-ring with 525 refrigerant oil.

Tighten
^ Torque fitting to 12 N.m (9 lb. ft.).

^ Evacuate, Charge and leak test the A/C system.
