Radiator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Negative battery cable.
2. Drain engine coolant.
3. Right cooling fan.
4. Lower radiator hose from radiator.
5. Upper radiator hose from radiator.
6. Radiator shroud from radiator.
7. Transmission cooler lines from radiator.
8. Overflow tube from radiator.
9. Coolant level sensor.
10. Hood latch support from upper tie bar.
11. Top radiator seal.
12. A/C condenser from radiator.
13. Upper radiator mounting brackets.
14. Radiator from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Radiator in vehicle, locating bottom of radiator in lower mounting pads.
2. Upper radiator mounting brackets. Tighten to 10 Nm (88 inch lbs.).
3. A/C condenser to radiator.
4. Top radiator seal.
5. Hood latch support to upper tie bar.
6. Coolant level sensor.
7. Over flow tube to radiator.
8. Transmission cooler lines to radiator.
9. Radiator shroud to radiator.
10. Upper radiator hose to radiator.
11. Lower radiator hose to radiator.
12. Right cooling fan. Tighten bolts to 10 Nm (88 inch lbs.).
13. Refill engine coolant.
14. Negative battery cable.
15. Check for leaks.
