This bulletin is being issued to revise the torque value of the front seat adjuster to floor pan bolts in Section 10-10 of the appropriate Service Manuals.
The current seat adjuster to floor pan bolt torque value of 24 N.m (18 lb ft) is incorrect. The correct torque value is 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
