Accessory Drive Belt Replacement

Serpentine Belt Routing & Replacement:

1. Rotate outer accessory drive belt tensioner pulley pivot nut counterclockwise using an 18 mm box wrench.
2. Remove accessory drive belt from generator pulley.
3. Release tensioner pulley assembly and remove accessory drive belt from remaining drive pulleys.
4. Rotate inner accessory drive belt tensioner pulley pivot nut counterclockwise using an 18 mm box wrench.
5. Remove accessory drive belt from coolant pump pulley.
6. Release tensioner pulley assembly and remove accessory belt from remaining drive pulley(s).
7. Reverse procedure to install.
