Left Side (Front)

Exhaust Manifold:

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Exhaust manifold.
2. Loosely install manifold bolts.
3. Tighten manifold bolts:
- Tighten manifold bolts to 52 Nm (38 lbs. ft.).
4. Spark plugs.
5. A/C support bracket to exhaust manifold stud.
6. Spark plug wires to rocker cover and plugs.
7. Oil level indicator tube and indicator.
8. Engine torque strut bracket at cylinder head.
9. Engine lift hook.
10. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve and adapter assembly.
11. EGR adapter to upper intake manifold pipe.
12. Fuel rail cover.
13. Upper radiator hose to intake manifold.
14. Refill coolant. Service and Repair
15. Front to rear exhaust manifold connection and heat shield.
16. Right engine cooling fan.
17. Engine torque strut.
- Tighten to 53 Nm (39 lbs. ft.).
18. Negative battery cable.
- Tighten bolt to 15 Nm (11 lbs. ft.).
19. Air cleaner.
