DOOR LOCK ROD CLIPS - NEW PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE

MODELS AFFECTED:
1991 PARK AVENUE/ULTRA





When repairing any door lock rod (outside handle, inside handle, key cylinder or inside locking lever) which has become disengaged, or when making any repair that requires a rod to be removed, the white attaching clip must be replaced. This applies to both front and rear doors. The clips are not reusable due to lower rod retention after the first use. Order service part number 16606936 from GMSPO.
