Air Distribution Duct - Auxiliary

AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the left side rear quarter trim panel.
2. Remove the rear (auxiliary) air conditioning (A/C) outlet pillar duct bolts (1).
3. Remove the A/C outlet pillar duct (2).




4. Remove the left side rear quarter trim panel.
5. Remove the rear (auxiliary) air conditioning (A/C) outlet lower duct bolt (1).
6. Remove the A/C outlet lower duct (2).




7. Remove the rear (auxiliary) A/C outlet duct bolts (1).
8. Remove the A/C outlet duct (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the A/C outlet duct (2).
2. Install the rear (auxiliary) A/C outlet duct bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




3. Install the A/C outlet lower duct (2).
4. Install the rear (auxiliary) A/C outlet lower duct bolt (1).

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




5. Install the A/C outlet pillar duct (2).
6. Install the rear (auxiliary) air conditioning (A/C) outlet pillar duct bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

7. Install the left side rear quarter trim panel.
