Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Rendezvous)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear No. 2 (Buick) (Seat Replacement - Rear No. 2 (Buick)) in Seats.
2. Remove the seat belt guide loops from the rear seat and from the rear No. 2 seat. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Rear and to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 2 Rear in Seat Belts.
3. Remove the upper trim panels from the rear quarter. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Aztek) (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper)Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Rendezvous) (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper) .




4. Remove the bolts which secure the cargo net tie-down loops.
5. Remove the cargo net tie-down loops from the rear quarter trim panel.
6. Remove the rear quarter trim panel from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear quarter trim panel to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer toFastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the cargo net tie-down loops to the rear quarter trim panel. Secure the loops with bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the upper trim panels. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Aztek) (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper)Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Rendezvous) (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper) .
4. Install the seat belt guide loops to the rear seat and to the rear No. 2 seat. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Rear and to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 2 Rear in Seat Belts.
5. Install the rear No. 2 seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear No. 2 (Buick) (Seat Replacement - Rear No. 2 (Buick)) in Seats.
