Removing and Installing/Replacing Rotating Speed Sensor DSC3
The rotation rate sensor also contains the function of the transversal acceleration sensor. After replacing rotation rate sensor, carry out adjustment of rotation rate sensor and transversal acceleration sensor with Diagnosis and Information System (DIS) under menu item "Service functions".

Remove radio receiver.

Remove trim for center console.





Unlock plug connection (1) and detach in direction of arrow.

Installation: Ensure proper locking of plug connector.

Release screws (2).

Installation: Ensure correct seating during installation.

Tightening torque: 8 Nm
