Wiper Pivot: Service and Repair

Remove Wiper Arm For Rear Wiper.





Unfasten nut.





Remove finisher.





Unfasten screw and remove cover.





Unfasten screws (2) and screw out axis bearing.
Installation:
Tighten screws (2).
Loosen screw 0) until limit stop can be moved.
Alum axis bearing to wiper motor See below:





Axis bearing adjustment:
Remove finisher.





Installation:
Push finisher with retaining clips (1) onto ribs (2).





Position special tool 61 1 320 on drive disk of wiper motor.





Carefully close rear window until drive arm with limit stop is fixed by special tool.
Then open rear window again and tighten screw (1).
