Removing And Installing Complete Wiper Console

Remove both wiper arms.

Remove windshield cowl cover:







Remove sealing frame from engine hood.







Unfasten clip from right and left air ducts, twist air duct and lift out.

Installation instructions:







Fit air duct to end wall. Twist, then insert in underside of microfilter.







Remove left and right microfilter.
Unfasten clip and lift out right and left microfilter housings.







Release all split rivets and remove cowl screen.







Unfasten screw and remove cover.


NOTE: The operation "Removing windshield cowl cover" ends here.







Twist all levers through approx. 90 ° and remove cable cover.







Remove connector, unfasten screws and lift out complete wiper console.

Installation:
Insert wiper unit in body and tighten down by hand without torsional stress. Tighten down screws in illustrated sequence.
Comply with Tightening Torque.
