Replacing Cable For Gear Selector Lever (Steptronic)

Remove shift tower, refer to Shift Lever A/T, Service and Repair (Steptronic).





Pull retaining plate (1) off cable.
Open cable retainer (2) and pull off.

Installation:
Insert damping rubber (3) in cable fork.





Remove cable with the rubber sleeve (1) from shift tower (2).
