Repair Solution For Left Or Right Child's Seat Mechanism








Unfasten nuts (1) and pull child's seat off rear seat.







Untie steel cable (1) and lift out of lugs (2). Lift out cover (3) on all sides.

Replace loop cable:







Unhook cover at front.







Unfasten cable ties (1) and pull loop cable (2) off bracket (3).

Replace central clip:







Unclip central clip (1) from rod (2) and thread out of spring (3).







Push up central clip (1) until detent (2) is free, then pull off guide (3).
