Replacement

NOTE: Air conditioner drained, refer to Evacuating and Recharging, Service and repair Heating and Air Conditioning

Refer to notes on Replacing Dryer Flask, Notes on Replacement

Remove complete right headlight, refer to Headlight Replacement, Service and Repair.

Remove lower bracket for headlight mount.





Unfasten screws and pull pressure and suction pipe upwards and, if the air conditioner remains open for more than one hour, fit sealing plugs.

Installation:
Replace O-rings





Unfasten screws and pull drier flask upwards to remove.

NOTE: In warranty cases, seal pipe apertures with sealing plugs from new drier flask.
