Removing And Installing/Replacing Heater (heater)







Unfasten clip from right and left air ducts, twist air duct and lift out.

Installation:







Fit air duct to end wall, twist and then insert in bottom of microfilter.







Unfasten clips (1 to 3) and remove water hoses. Carefully blow out lines to clear remaining coolant from heater.







Unfasten screws on end wall.







Remove trim on upper section of instrument panel.
Remove complete oddments tray.
Remove right glovebox.
Unfasten right transverse reinforcement.







Unfasten transverse reinforcement on right and left sides of center console.







Unfasten left transverse reinforcement.







Unfasten steering column from transverse reinforcement and lower steering column.







Unfasten all cable ties on the transverse reinforcement and lift out transverse reinforcement.







Unfasten expanding rivet and lift out air duct from rear compartment.







Unfasten screws, detach plug connection from heating and lift out heater.
