Removing And Installing/Replacing Heater (Automatic Air Conditioner)

Draw off A/C system.







Unfasten clip from right and left air ducts, twist air duct and lift out.

Installation:







Fit air duct to end wall, twist and then insert in bottom of microfilter.


WARNING!
Danger of scalding!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.







Unfasten clips (1 to 3) and remove water hoses. Carefully blow through lines to remove remaining coolant from heating element.

Installation:
Filling and bleeding the cooling system,







Unfasten screws on end wall.







Unfasten screws and remove pressure and suction pipe.

Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
