Seat Bladder: Service and Repair

Adjust front seat to maximum upper setting.





Version with plastic holder:
Remove hose from lumbar support pump and disconnect connector.

NOTE: Brace hose connection on lumbar support pump with pincers (risk of damaging lumbar support pump).





Cut through cable connector (1). Unfasten detent (2). Twist lumbar support pump (3) downwards and pull backwards to remove.





Version with bag:
Remove rear panel from front seat backrest.
Unfasten cable tie (1) from drive unit on lumbar support (2) then pull drive unit forwards slightly





Unfasten cable tie (1) and remove hose (2) and connector (3).
Remove drive unit with hose and cable from and seat.
