Replacing Drive Unit For Electrically Operated Left Or Right Door Mirror (With Memory)

Remove mirror glass for rearview mirror.







Release screws (1).
Release drive unit for electrically operated door mirror (2) in direction of arrow.
Disconnect wiring harness (3) as closely as possible to drive unit for electrically operated door mirror (2).

M5 only:







If necessary, release cable guide (1).

Installation:
Loop length of cable guide (1): 45 mm.

Wiring is carried out with connectors.
